Building The Perfect WordPress Website

sandibatik · December 15, 2011 · Leave a Comment

Just in time for the annual holiday down-time between Dec 15 and January 15, Danny Cooper and Smashing Magazine just gave all WordPress developers a really useful Christmas present. For most of us in the Austin WordPress community, getting time to work on our own sites has become a running joke. 2011 has been an outstanding year for the local WordPress community. Developers have been hammered with new client work and maintenance requests from existing customers. With the exception of mandatory upgrades, most of our personal sites haven’t been touched this past year. Some of us have resorted to planning a ‘beer and barbeque’ group getaway at a secrete and secure location just to work on our own sites without interruptions.

“A Comprehensive Checklist To Creating The Perfect WordPress Website” is a must read for all WordPress Developers. Its one of those great articles that manages to summarize all the bits and pieces of WordPress tips and tricks we already know, but sometimes forget to apply as we race to a site delivery deadline. Danny Cooper’s 15-step checklist is a great tool to help all over-worked WordPress developers produce quality websites without wasting time. The checklist is also a handy guide to better manage our ‘in-take’ conversations with new clients.

Check out “A Comprehensive Checklist To Creating The Perfect WordPress Website” and if you find it helpful, leave Danny a “Thank you” comment.

Merry Christmas and best wishes for a happy and productive holiday
